Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yeihubshop governing your access to and use of the Yeihubshop website, including any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which Yeihubshop makes the Yeihubshop services available.

To request for a service with Yeihubshop you are confirming that you are of the legal capacity to enter into a contract with Yeihubshop. You must register an account to access and use certain features of the Yeihubshop platform, such as purchasing products or services online.
By accessing or using Yeihubshop website platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.
You can register a Yeihubshop account using an email address and creating a password, or through your account with certain third-party social networking services, such as Facebook or Google.
You may not register more than one (1) Yeihubshop account unless Yeihubshop authorizes you to do so. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Yeihubshop account to another party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Yeihubshop account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. You must immediately notify Yeihubshop if you know or have any reason to suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Yeihubshop account. You are liable for any and all activities conducted through your Yeihubshop account, unless such activities are not authorized by you and you are not otherwise negligent (such as failing to report the unauthorized use or loss of your credentials).
We reserve the right to close an inactive account or as a result of your breach of this Terms of Use.

SECTION 3 - SECURITY

Yeihubshop uses authorized payment gateway(s) to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card and charge card transactions. Confidential information including card details is encrypted using industry standard SSL encryption technology.
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this website or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this website shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Yeihubshop suffers any damage or loss.
You agree and warrant that your log-in name and password shall be used for your personal use only and not be disclosed to any third party.
All credit card transactions on the website are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and reinforced through various encryption processes in order to provide the most effective protection possible for all sensitive payment information. Yeihubshop does not access any confidential information about your means of payment.
Sensitive payment information such as credit card details is never stored with us nor do we have access to them. To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other liabilities, we do not collect credit information; but allow our payment vendors to collect information for the purpose of collecting payments from buyers on the website or transferring payments to sellers on the website. We are not exposed to the payment information provided to our payment vendors, and this information is subject to the privacy policy applicable to the payment vendor.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - DELIVERIES

Deliveries

In cases where there is more than one item on your order, we reserve the right not to supply some Items that make up your complete order. In such a case we will only refund you for the items that are not available.
The estimated delivery time will be quoted on the product page of each item - always be sure to check that before you order. We offer standard delivery to everywhere in South Africa at a cost of R100 per delivery.
On delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You must keep the receipt of the delivered product if you want to discuss the item further with us.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
Our products will be delivered in a new or original condition unless specifically stated otherwise. If you feel the product that has been delivered is not in its original condition, please reach out to our customer service team immediately who will try to rectify the issue.
Any damage incurred when opening the product is your fault and Yeihubshop will not be liable. Please take care when opening your parcel using sharp objects.
If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. Costs for re-delivery may be passed onto you.

NOTE: We do not ship internationally.

SECTION 7 - SALES & PRODUCT PRICING

You shall pay for the product in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your credit or debit card details from a credit card company acceptable to us, which we require in order to process your Order. Alternatively, you may pay by any method that we have said is acceptable to us, but in any event we shall not be bound to supply before we have received cleared funds in full. We reserve the right to perform a credit check and to reject/not to offer certain forms of payment and to refer you to our other forms of payment.
We may ask for further proof that you are fully entitled to use a card (or other form of payment) that you have used to purchase the products before releasing your product.
If you realize that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have completed the checkout process, please contact queries@yeihub.co.za immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept any changes to your Order in accordance with your instructions.

SECTION 8 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
